Senior Applied AI Engineer
Agents write the code. I own the architecture.
I’ve spent 14 years owning the architecture, infrastructure, and delivery of production systems. In my last year at Anglepoint I built AI tools for the people around me: agent skills, an MCP server, a Skills Catalog, and a Claude workflow for campaign reporting. I look for the simplest thing people will use and keep a named person accountable for what the AI produces. I build agent-first in Claude Code and Codex, and nothing the agents write ships until the tests pass and I have checked the architecture will hold up.

Open-source Claude Code plugin
agent-orchestration
A kit for routing coding work across Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, and local models. A setup interview builds your own routing table from 15 scored model profiles, bridge skills call other models from the shell for review, bounded implementation, and investigation, and adapters install the same kit into 9 other agent harnesses. MIT licensed.
Internal tool
Skills Catalog
A place for employees to store, version, and share agent skills. It writes a README and changelog for each skill, sorts them by department and tag, diffs older versions, and scans every submission with Skillspector. It held 20 skills from 8 authors when I left.
Agent skill
Company brand skill
Brand voice and messaging, logos, colors, fonts, Office templates, and two of my npm packages for website components, in one skill. I worked with IT to install it on every employee’s Claude and ChatGPT enterprise account. Engineering, sales, service delivery, client success, and marketing all use it.
Claude workflow
Campaign Hub (pilot)
An on-demand workflow that pulls analytics, task status, and documents for each marketing campaign into one report, with a short summary of where it stands, for sales, client success, and client delivery. Piloted with part of the marketing team.
Website
anglepoint.com
The company site as a headless stack: WordPress as the CMS, a Next.js front end, and a custom element library, built with the design, content, and SEO specialists to replace a monolithic WordPress site.
Website
rbl.net
A decoupled rebuild, launched in October 2019: an Ember.js front end, an ExpressionEngine CMS behind CloudFront on AWS, and a custom plugin I wrote to serve the CMS as a JSON:API backend. Most of it is still running.
Experience
Newest first.

Anglepoint
Senior Applied AI Engineer
- Owned AI enablement for the marketing team as a budgeted MBO from the VP of Marketing. Worked with marketing leadership on what to automate first, and taught the 11 people on the team, none of them engineers, to build their own agent skills. We built 13 together, and they kept writing new ones on their own.
- Team members reported saving about 5 hours a week each, roughly 55 hours a week across the team, with a named person accountable for every AI-assisted deliverable so quality held.
- The brand skill started as a local MCP server. Rolling it out company-wide would have meant public hosting and auth, so I rebuilt it as a skill and skipped that overhead.
- Built the Skills Catalog, piloted Campaign Hub for sales, client success, and client delivery, and led a company-wide session on agent skills for 80+ employees, including executives.
- Prototyped a client journey report that combines CRM and sales data from sales-qualified lead through renewal, so sales and client success could see where the experience was slipping. I was working on cutting its token cost when I left.

Anglepoint
Senior Software Engineer
- Architected and built anglepoint.com’s headless stack with the design, content, and SEO specialists: WordPress as the CMS, a Next.js front end, and a custom element library.
- Took Lighthouse performance from 10 to about 70 on mobile and from 35 to about 90 on desktop. The rebuild won the company’s Q4 2023 Innovation Award.
- Wrote custom WordPress plugins, a child theme, and 4 private npm packages published on GitHub Packages, two of which later shipped inside the brand skill.
- Moved my own development to an agent-first workflow in Claude Code and Codex, with code review and CI (GitHub Actions, Depot CI) on everything.

RBL
Full Stack Engineer
- Overhauled rbl.net end to end and launched it in October 2019, working with a designer and a demand-gen and SEO specialist. I owned architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, CMS data modeling, and the front end.
- Decoupled the stack on AWS: an Ember.js front end prerendered with FastBoot, and the ExpressionEngine CMS behind CloudFront, with a custom plugin I wrote to serve it as a JSON:API backend.
- Took Lighthouse performance from the low 30s to the low 90s. Traffic roughly doubled in the year after launch.
- Migrated the CMS from ExpressionEngine 2.x to ExpressionEngine 5, integrated Salesforce, moved email marketing to Pardot, and built a client login gateway with gated interactive content.

Gradus Games Entertainment
Co-Founder & Lead Programmer
- Built games in Unity (C#) and Unreal Engine 4 (C++), and ran the studio’s cloud and on-prem IT.
- Led 3 developers. I delegated work, reviewed what they built, and coached them on better approaches and the tradeoffs to weigh.
